Here is our personal lunch recommendation if you have to brave Chulalongkorn University's commencement rehearsal weekend: try the students' much beloved fried chicken at the faculty of arts' canteen. Still so good after all these years; the skin is so light and crispy, with juicy meat and satisfyingly adequate saltiness. Pair it with soft sticky rice and some spicy salad of your choice. Mmmm what a good way to kill time while waiting for your friend or family members to finish the mandatory auditorium session
